Refund
You are eligible for a refund if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or if there is a valid and genuine reason approved by our team. All refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are subject to product inspection.
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the returned product does not meet our return conditions or fails the quality inspection, the refund will not be processed. In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.
